Tony Clayton Joins Compass FMB - Deputy Head - Cradley High School

Compass FMB Limited are pleased to welcome Tony Clayton as a consultant

After nearly thirty years in education, most of them in management and latterly as Deputy Head at Cradley High School, I think I have a good understanding of what Head teachers and their staff face on a day to day basis. And I must admit, I loved the day to day challenge that schools offer! However, when I left Cradley, I was looking for a new challenge. A challenge that would be interesting and enjoyable, but did not mean losing all of the knowledge and experience that I had accumulated over the years.

As Deputy Head I been responsible for many aspects of school management but I had developed a genuine interest in school development and site maintenance. This is why I was so excited when Gary asked me to join Compass.

I had used Compass for a wide range of work at Cradley. Everything from lighting rigs and emergency doors to fire alarm systems and security. I enjoyed working with Gary but I also realised what a time and money saver it was. A phone call to Gary and I would have the specification and the quotes in no time. He would project manage the work and make sure it was just as I wanted. And it was FREE!. I thought, I’d love to do that – and now I can.

If you think Compass can help you, or if you want the inside view from an ex-deputy head, give me a ring and I would be delighted to come and see you.

Dave Arnold Joins Compass FMB - Head - D'Eyncourt Primary School Wolverhampton

Compass FMB Limited are pleased to welcome Dave Arnold as a consultant

I have been a head teacher of primary schools for over 22 years. Compass FMB was recommended to me by another head teacher. We involved them in internal and external refurbishment building works. I like the way Compass works and the range of services offered, it helped me and the school immensely. Upon retirement i was only too pleased to offer my services to compass on a consultancy basis as the benefits to schools within their hectic schedules should not be missed.
